Principal Mira Tovo discovered her passion for architecture while earning her Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1992. Her studies included immersive travel throughout Western Europe, examining how architecture reflects culture and community. This global perspective continues to inform her design philosophy today.
After gaining experience in commercial architecture, Tovo gravitated toward residential work where she could engage more deeply with materiality, detail, and the way people truly live. Licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania, with reciprocity available nationwide, she leads a practice skilled in integrating form and function, honoring historic context, and seamlessly blending old and new.
